The best idea I have seen lately is by Coast Community College to provide low cost high school education/classes. The college volutary education people and schools are much safer than public high schools where people are forced to attend. I can see this idea extended to all ages care and voluntary education.

As an aside, I would change the idea of "community college" to "public college", to stay away from support for communism.

I want to add some basic ideas:
1) The regular course of "History of Science" in all public high schools.
2) The regular course of "History of Evolution" in all public high schools.
3) The regular course of "History of the Potential Future for life of earth" in all public high schools.
4) The regular course of "History of Religions" in all public high schools.
5) The regular course of "History of Earth (World History)" in all public high schools.
6) Other ideas: Course of "History of Sex (Sex education)" in public high schools.
